Trane Technologies demonstrates 800-volt DC chiller for AI data centers

The company said the proof-of-concept chiller delivered over 3.5 MW of cooling capacity and showed potential for up to 2% higher efficiency. Trane Technologies said it collaborated with Eaton Corporation and Danfoss on the laboratory demonstration.
