Franklin Templeton posts 19(a) notices for PMM and PMO

The monthly distribution notices for Franklin Managed Municipal Income Trust and Franklin Municipal Opportunities Trust are now available. The filing says the estimates are not for tax reporting purposes and that each fund estimates it has distributed more than its income and net realized capital gains.
