Norwegian Cruise Line unit proposes USD 750 million senior notes due 2031

NCL Corporation’s subsidiary launched a private offering of USD 750 million senior notes due 2031, with proceeds earmarked to redeem all outstanding 6.125% senior notes due 2028 and to fund parts of revolver repayment and export-credit backed facility prepayment.
