General Mills appoints Dana McNabb as CEO, Jeff Harmening becomes Executive Chair
A new CEO and board leadership transition is a material corporate governance change for a large US consumer company.
Sept. 30 — General Mills Inc said Dana McNabb will become chief executive officer, while Jeff Harmening will take on the role of executive chair of the board. The company said Harmening’s change will take effect on January 1, 2027.
