PAR Technology releases 2026 report on AI in convenience stores

The company said a survey of 1,000 U.S. consumers found shoppers want faster checkout, in-stock shelves and personalized loyalty rewards from AI. PAR also said trust drops when stores become too automated or broader personal data is used.
