LHN’s Coliwoo completes S$134 million sale of 141 Middle Road to DBS Trustee

Coliwoo unit completed the sale of 141 Middle Road, Singapore, to DBS Trustee for S$134 million excluding GST; net proceeds earmarked for working capital and other uses set by directors, with property leased back under a 10-year master lease.
