Goodland Group sells 51% stake in Citrine Asia Capital to Maxxillion for S$1

Goodland Group will sell its entire 51% stake in Citrine Asia Capital to joint shareholder Maxxillion Investments Holdings for S$1 cash on completion; the deal covers 102,000 ordinary shares.
