Plurilock to issue 356,633 shares to pay $75,000 debenture interest

Plurilock will settle $75,000 of interest due Sept. 30, 2026 on 10% unsecured convertible debentures by issuing 356,633 common shares at a deemed price of $0.2103. The debentures were issued Oct. 30, 2025 for a $3 million principal amount.
