Onar Holding completes acquisition of affiliate marketing agency Advertise Purple

Onar closed the deal funded by a $15 million financing, with total consideration up to $27,825,000, contingent on earnout thresholds. Pro forma fiscal 2025 revenue for the combined business was about $23.5 million.
