Zetrix AI Berhad extends proposed acquisition timeframe to end-2026 fourth quarter

Zetrix AI Berhad said it and IPVG Employees, Inc. mutually agreed on 30 September 2026 to extend the timeframe to complete the proposed acquisition to the end of the fourth quarter of 2026, as conditions precedent take longer.
