R8 Capital Investments posts unaudited interim results to 30 June 2026

The company said revenue fell to £0k in the six months ended 30 June 2026, from £133k a year earlier, while cash balances were £13k. It said the legacy winding-down process has concluded and it is now operating as a cash shell seeking a reverse takeover.
