Huaxin Building Materials seeks mandate to issue up to 207,899,564 new H shares

Shareholders will vote at an EGM on Sept. 30, 2026 on a special resolution granting the board a general mandate to issue new H shares and/or H-share-linked instruments up to 10% of total issued A plus H shares, with a ceiling of 207,899,564 H shares based on 2,078,995,649 issued shares.
