Asset Management partners with IHG to bring Kimpton-branded hotel to Rome

Asset Management partnered with IHG Hotels & Resorts to operate its five-star Rome hotel under IHG’s Kimpton brand. The 114-room property is due to open in 2029, with investment via a fund managed by Castello SGR.
