LS Cable to invest KRW 150 billion for 100% stake in Korea Motion Works

LS Corp. board on Sept. 29, 2026 approved LS Cable’s all-cash subscription of KRW 150 billion for 150,000,000 shares to take 100% ownership of Korea Motion Works, targeting permanent magnet manufacturing and plant construction.
