JR Global REIT shareholders reject fiscal 14 financial statements at annual meeting

At its annual meeting on Sept. 30, 2026, shareholders rejected approval of fiscal 14 financial statements, adopted resolutions on directors’ remuneration and auditor appointment for fiscal 15, and the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on both consolidated and separate statements. The trust plans steps to exit the ARS process while continuing efforts to secure an unqualified audit opinion.
