YMT says plaintiff withdraws KRW 15.35 billion lawsuit in China; no objection planned

YMT corrected its lawsuit disclosure after plaintiffs filed a withdrawal notice with China’s Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court received on Sept. 30. The case sought KRW 15.35 billion over a share-transfer buyback dispute and YMT does not plan to oppose the dismissal.
