Exion Group delays property registration date to Dec. 31, 2026

Exion Group corrected its tangible asset acquisition filing, pushing the property registration date to Dec. 31, 2026. The delay cites slower-than-expected assumption of KRW 17.5 billion in loans within a KRW 22.346 billion debt takeover, while the KRW 38 billion purchase price remains unchanged.
