AkzoNobel completes sale of Pakistan unit to Packages Group for about EUR 50 million

Akzo Nobel NV completed the sale of its Pakistan unit to IGI Investments, part of the Packages Group. The deal is valued at about EUR 50 million enterprise value (PKR 16.2 billion) and includes Decorative Paints and liquid Coatings businesses.
