ESTsoft corrects March 26, 2025 stock option grant to 76,700 shares

ESTsoft issued a correction to its March 26, 2025 stock option grant disclosure, cutting option recipients to 34 from 37 and options to 76,700 shares from 78,400. Total outstanding stock options were revised to 1,014,400 common shares from 1,042,150; exercise price remains KRW 20,520 with an exercise period from March 26, 2027 to March 25, 2032.
