KOGAS pushes KOGAS Canada Energy share acquisition date to Dec. 31, 2032 from Dec. 15, 2026

KOGAS corrected its disclosure for an investment in KOGAS Canada Energy, moving the expected acquisition date to Dec. 31, 2032 from Dec. 15, 2026. The deal covers 799,558,025 shares for KRW 767.04 billion to fund the LNG Canada Phase 2 project.
