Medicox faces KOSDAQ delisting after exchange committee ruling

Korea Exchange’s KOSDAQ Market Committee voted on Sept. 30 to delist Medicox’s shares after a prior Oct. 27, 2025 delisting resolution. The company’s objection led to an improvement period through Aug. 10, 2026; an implementation report filed Sept. 1 triggered the final delisting review.
