Graha Prima Mentari says it has no undisclosed information behind share volatility

The company told the Indonesia Stock Exchange it is unaware of any undisclosed material information driving recent share-trading volatility, citing controlling shareholder due diligence linked to a plan to sell its entire stake to PT Tunas Binatama Lestari (Rimau Group). It said no near-term corporate action is planned affecting its listing and no other material events have been withheld beyond previously disclosed information.
