Mkango Magnetic Materials says subsidiary filed amended Form F-4

Mkango says its subsidiary Mkango Rare Earths Limited filed an amended Form F-4 with the U.S. SEC on Sept. 29 in connection with its proposed business combination with Crown PropTech Acquisitions. The filing has not yet been declared effective and the proposed combined company expects to list common shares and warrants on Nasdaq, subject to approvals and closing conditions.
