Top Spring appoints Leung Ka Tai as company secretary effective Oct 1, 2026

Top Spring International Holdings said Leung Ka Tai will become company secretary effective Oct. 1, 2026, and that Wong Tak Chun will resign as company secretary effective the same date while remaining CFO.
