Integrated Wind Solutions orders four CSOV newbuilds for EUR 260 million fleet expansion

Integrated Wind Solutions ordered four Skywalker-class CSOV newbuildings under fixed-price turnkey contracts at about EUR 65 million per vessel (EUR 260 million total), lifting its owned fleet to 10 from six. Deliveries are due in 2029 and 2030, with funding planned via operating cash flow and additional debt and ordinary quarterly dividends expected to be maintained; options were secured for four more vessels at the same firm prices.
