GameStop shares rose 1.7% to $24.16 premarket after SEC filing showed Ryan Cohen bought 447,000 Class A shares for about $10.56 million at $23.4499-$23.4753 per share; his stake is 8.12% at 40.95 mln shares, with shares up 18.33% YTD.
