PASDEC HOLDINGS BERHAD said PUAN SHARINA BAHRIN resigned as chairman of its audit committee effective 1 Oct 2026. The audit committee composition after the change lists Tan Saw Lin as independent non-executive director (chairman), YH Dato' Kamarul 'Arifin bin Ahmad@Abd Rahman as non-independent non-executive director, and Mr Chan Tai Wei as independent non-executive director.
