Sunpower Group will rename its Singapore share transfer agent to Ascentium Corporate Services from In.Corp Corporate Services and Ascentium will also act as bond registrar and conversion agent for its convertible bonds. The address remains 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877.
