AeroVironment holds annual shareholder meeting; directors elected, auditor ratified

AeroVironment held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 24, 2026, electing five director nominees. Deloitte & Touche was ratified as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year ending April 30, 2027, and shareholders backed an advisory resolution on named executive officer compensation.
