GE-SHEN CORPORATION BERHAD said MR LEE HAI PENG, 60, resigned as an Executive Director effective 30 Sep 2026. The resignation was stated as personal interest. He reported direct interest of 18,894,000 shares (4.463%), including pledged securities accounts.
