Azul draws R$ 1.3 billion first tranche under BNDES FNAC loan up to R$ 2.66 billion

Azul executed a definitive loan agreement with BNDES under the FNAC program for up to R$ 2.66 billion, drawing about R$ 1.3 billion today; the remaining R$ 1.3 billion is expected in 4Q26.
