IB Acquisition Corp holds Sept. 24 meeting; extends business-combination deadline to Mar. 28, 2027

Shareholders adopted amendments extending the deadline for an initial business combination to March 28, 2027, restricted trust-account releases (other than interest for franchise and income taxes), and approved an adjournment proposal. The meeting also approved an amendment to authorize the extension for the trust agreement, but execution was not confirmed. 117,386 shares were redeemed for about $10.97 per share, removing $1,288,199.54 from the trust.
