Reliance Global’s Altruis sells employee benefits agency assets for $8 million

Altruis Benefit Consultants sold its employee benefits insurance agency assets to Altruis Benefit Management for $8 million, including cash of $4,440,782.60, a secured promissory note due Sept. 30, 2026 and up to $1 million earnout over three years.
