MN Holdings directors convert and dispose shares after warrant conversion

Executive director Datuk Dang Siong Diang converted 4,000,000 warrants into 4,000,000 ordinary shares at MYR 0.2, later selling 2,400,000 shares for MYR 3.91 each; Loy Siong Hay and Dato' Toh Eng Keat each sold 4,800,000 shares for MYR 3.91 each.
