MN Holdings Berhad said executive directors Datuk Dang Siong Diang disposed ordinary shares on 30 Sep 2026, following a warrant conversion on 29 Sep 2026. Datuk Loy Siong Hay and Dato' Toh Eng Keat also disposed ordinary shares on 30 Sep 2026. Dealings are reported under Chapter 14 of Listing Requirements and outside the closed period.
