China International proposes Baker Tilly TFW as new auditor after CLA Global resignation

China International Holdings seeks to replace outgoing group auditor CLA Global with Baker Tilly TFW, subject to EGM approval, final terms and Baker Tilly’s consent. CLA resigned on Sept. 10, 2026.
