Tan Geok Foong received 6,000,000 ordinary shares via transfers on Sept. 28, 2026, lifting her direct holding to 6,521,523 shares (4.82%). Indirect or deemed interest rose to 19,118,900 shares (14.14%). Transfers came from her sons Dato' Choy Wai Hin and Datuk Choy Wai Ceong.
