Axis Real Estate Investment Trust completes related-party acquisition in Shah Alam

Axis REIT said its Trustee, on behalf of Axis REIT, completed the proposed acquisition of an industrial property in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor from Rubicon Assets Sdn. Bhd. on 30 September 2026, under the SPA dated 13 May 2026.
