On Sept. 30, 2026, LBS Bina bought back 100,000 ordinary shares at MYR 0.385 each for total consideration of MYR 38,781.55, retaining all as treasury stock. Cumulative treasury shares rose to 40,599,994 (2.59% of issued shares).
