Aspirity Partners to acquire majority stake in Onomondo for over €100 million

Aspirity Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in Copenhagen-based IoT infrastructure and connectivity provider Onomondo through a combined investment of over €100 million, with EIFO increasing its investment alongside Aspirity.
