Sungjin Holdings lifts stake in Fine Technix to 15.57% from 8.03%

Sungjin Holdings increased its Fine Technix stake to 4,140,000 shares, raising voting rights to 15.57% from 8.03% as of April 15. The holding rose after an off-market purchase of 2,304,572 common shares on Sept. 30 at KRW 4,347 per share.
