Koramco The One REIT faces delisting risk if shareholders approve dissolution plan

Koramco The One REIT said a board decision put a dissolution resolution to shareholders; if approved at the Nov. 16 meeting, KRX rules could trigger delisting criteria, with trading expected to be suspended once dissolution disclosure is made.
