IS Dongseo controlling shareholder Kwon Hyuk-woon lifts pledged shares to 44.14%

Kwon Hyuk-woon reported no change in total holdings (16,872,628 shares, 56.76%) as of Sept. 30, but shares pledged under major contracts were lifted to 44.14% from 41.67% via changes to share pledge arrangements, including new borrowings by IS Holdings backed by IS Dongseo shares on Sept. 22.
