Gene One Life Science postpones paid-in date for KRW 15 billion third-party share sale to Oct. 20

Gene One Life Science corrected its Aug. 4 filing for a KRW 15 billion third-party allotment capital increase, moving the payment date to Oct. 20, 2026 from Sept. 30, 2026 and shifting new share delivery and listing to Nov. 4, 2026. Terms remain 6,224,066 common shares at KRW 2,410 each to Revolt Investment Association.
