SyntekaBio extends collateral pledge end date to Oct. 30, 2026

SyntekaBio extended the share-collateral period end date on a contract tied to borrowing to Oct. 30, 2026 from Sept. 30, 2026. The pledge covers 2.8 million shares tied to KRW 2.85 billion in borrowing with collateral set at KRW 5.04 billion; full enforcement would reduce the pledgor’s stake to 758,849 shares from 3,558,849.
