Chin Hin Group Property Berhad: proposed disposals for RM62.0 million cash

Chin Hin Group Property Berhad said it entered a share sale agreement on 30 September 2026 with HSG Sdn Bhd to dispose all equity in BKVI, BKCV, BKFM and BFMSB for total cash consideration of RM62.0 million.
