Kolmar Korea controlling shareholder Yoon Sang Hyun keeps stake at 48.47%

Yoon Sang Hyun held 16,623,647 shares (48.47%) in Kolmar Korea Holdings as of Sept. 29; pledged shares rose to 12,326,650 and pledged ratio to 35.94% after a pledge contract extension and revised terms for a related party’s pledge.
