Kolmar Holdings lifts KolmarBNH stake to 54.84% after treasury share cancellation filing

Kolmar Holdings’ stake in KolmarBNH rose to 54.84% from 53.65% as of Sept. 29, with shares held unchanged at 15,779,436. The increase followed cancellation of 640,000 treasury shares, cutting voting shares outstanding to 28,775,558.
