Selangor Dredging Berhad shareholders pass all resolutions at 65th AGM

The company said shareholders approved all resolutions at its 65th annual general meeting held on 30 Sep 2026 in Kuala Lumpur. These included a 3 sen per ordinary share dividend, directors' fees and benefits, and authority to allot shares and waive pre-emptive rights.
