Bonsystems EGM adopts partial articles of incorporation amendments and director appointment

Bonsystems held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Sept. 30, 2026, adopting amendments to its articles of incorporation, appointing Seo Younghoon as an internal director, approving a stock option grant for 30,000 shares, and revising executive retirement pay rules.
